Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. True Beer reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: American Express ,Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with True Beer. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.
Shipping, Handling and Sale Policy and Information
We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders in 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends when carriers do not pickup packages. Order processing times stated on individual product pages supersedes any other estimated time found on this site. Processing times for out of stock items, special orders, PO Box orders and high quantity orders or otherwise posted will vary and may exceed 1-3 business days.

We ship all our domestic orders using UPS. This allows our customers to track their order from our door to theirs. We do not ship outside of the USA.
Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and shipped.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If you want to change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please notify us immediately because your product may ship that day. Call us at 1-877-807-1091 between 8AM and 4PM Eastern Standard Time on business days. You are responsible for all shipping charges if your order is shipped before we are notified of your change or cancellation.
We only use registration information (name, shipping address, phone numbers, etc.) to contact customers in regards to orders placed at TrueBeer.com .
Pricing and Order Cancellation
TrueBeer.com endeavors to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our Web site at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on our Web site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in price, or availability of goods or services. We present our content "as is" and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update information at any time without prior notice.
TrueBeer.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent. TrueBeer.com is not responsible for any pricing errors found on this website and reserves the right to cancel any order and refund payment to the customer at anytime. All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please note that the listings do not represent the entire product line offered by the various manufacturers. Most products offered by our manufacturers are available. Please inquire with your requirements: manufacturer's name, item description and model number.
TrueBeer.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for out of stock products. Customers will be notified within 5 business days of this cancellation should it occur.
Taxes
True Beer shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Returns
All purchases at TrueBeer.com may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for a full refund for the product(s) sold. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number. Email us at: Returns
If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:
1. If you receive a damaged product, you must request an RMA number Returns by e-mail before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.
2. Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
3. TrueBeer.com will not pay the return shipping cost for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.
4. If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
Special orders and orders exceeding $500 will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, True Beer shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. True Beer shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, True Beer shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
