Shipping, Handling and Sale Information
Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, provided the
items are in-stock. Order processing times stated on individual product pages supersedes any other estimated time found on this site. Processing times will vary for larger orders, PO Box shipments, Canadian orders, International and special orders as well as back ordered items. Please let us know if you have a deadline for receiving the order. Will make ever effort to meet stated deadlines.
Orders are not shipped on weekends when carriers do not pickup packages.
TrueBeer
ships all our domestic orders using UPS Ground. This allows our
customers to track their order from our door to theirs.
Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and shipped.
About UPS Expedited services (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day Select):
We
provide these services but can NOT guarantee shipment on the same day
for order items. We do make every attempt when possible to provide the
requested service and ship the product on the same day or next business
day when the order is placed. Keep
in mind that when counting the days for delivery, the count starts the
following day. Expedited services do not include weekend deliveries! Again, in terms of shipping, days are business days - weekends and holidays are not business days.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING TIMES
Post Office Box Customers: UPS
does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box
addresses will be sent via USPS ground regardless of the requested
shipping option. Shipping to PO boxes may delay the processing time for your order.
Tracking Numbers: After
the dispatch of the shipment through UPS, the customer shall be
communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked
through www.ups.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24
hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been
provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to
the buyer.
Wrong Addresses: Wrong
addresses supplied by the customer will be charged to the customer ($5.00). Refused
or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and
handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
International Orders: TrueBeer is not responsible for any international customs, duty, broker fees or any other charges imposed at the border. We can not estimate or collect these charges. International customers shall bear all import duty, custom duty, VAT charges, brokerage charges. Please check with the Canadian Customs Office for information about importing items from the USA and the associated costs prior to ordering. shipping promotions are only available to orders shipped within the
lower 48 US states. Free shipping promotions are NOT extended to
orders shipped to AK, HI, PO Boxes or international addresses.
Orders using our free shipping promotion are shipped via ground
shipping methods. If you order is time sensitive or has a close
arrival deadline, please consider using UPS 3-Day Select or UPS 2nd Day
Air. UPS 3-Day Select and UPS 2nd Day
Air shipping methods do not qualify for free shipping.
If an order
is shipped using a free shipping promotion is returned for any reason,
the
customer will be responsible for shipping charges occurred when
returning the item to us. All returned orders over $99 are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. Orders Returned Due to Non-Delivery Any
order returned due to non-delivery or failed delivery attempts will be
subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Please make every effort supply us with a valid shipping
address and be available to receive the order when it arrives. The
customer will be responsible for any charges for shipping the order
after the first attempt.
