	Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters
	We came across Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters in Seattle this past summer and have been searching for it since. A few drops in seltzer water scent the glass with cardamom, adding a faint, exotic flavor. My husband has done a great imitation of The Golden Beetle's "Old Razz" with Ramazzotti, Ransom Old Tom gin and cardamom bitters which he describes as "like a Manhattan but much more interesting".
