Enjoy a classic cocktail in same style glass used in the 1920's! This two glass Pousse-Café set is a perfect way to enjoy the flexible and interesting cocktail. These hard to find glasses are designed specifically for enjoying a Pousee Cafe.

A Pousse Cafe is a layered cocktail served in 1-1/2 ounce glass. The cocktail is prepared by gently adding each ingredient from densest to least dense in order to create colored stripes when the drink is viewed from the side. The drink must be made and handled carefully or the layers can merge. The cocktail is typically enjoyed along side a properly brewed coffee.

The name literally means "it pushes the coffee" in French. In France, Pousse-Café is equivalent to a "chaser" for coffee.
