 Do you engrave or customize your products?
Yes, we do offer an engraving service from some of our products. Our engravable beer glasses can be found here:

If the product is not listed in the category pages above, we don't personalize or engrave it. You can however have many of our products engraved or personalized locally at an engraving or trophy shop in your area.
 Can we visit your store?
We do have an office and warehouse located in Weymouth, MA. This location does not have a showroom as there has been little interest from our customers for walk-in service. We currently only allow for online ordering.
 Do you have a printed catalog?
Sorry but we don't have a printed catalog. Our website is our electronic catalog that is updated regularly.
 Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Australia, Europe, New Zealand, etc?
International Orders (not including Canada) are shipped via USPS International Prority Mail. Orders take 7-10 business days to arrive. The delivery date can be dependent upon how the customs office in Australia handles the package.

Yes, we do ship to Canada. Orders take 2-10 business days to arrive. The delivery date can be dependent upon how the customs office in Canada handles the package.
 When will an item be back in-stock?
Many our are items are very difficult to source and supplies can be limited. Regular shipments of our hard to find items are a rarity and this makes quoting restocking dates very difficult. Considering this, we have a waiting list feature that you can use to sign up to be emailed the moment an item is restocked.  Please visit the product page for more information on a particular item and to sign up for the waiting list.
