TrueBeer promotes handcrafted beer from around the world. We offer unique glassware and collectibles from breweries that produce true beer. We're located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts and our founders have a passion for good beer.

We import beer glassware and collectibles from Europe (mostly Germany and Belgium) and offer a unique line of beer related items not found elseware in the USA. We also work with European breweries, domestic breweries and importers to promote their products and serve the true beer loving consumer.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you want to change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please notify us immediately because your product may ship that day. Call us 1-877-807-1091 between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Standard Time. You are responsible for all shipping charges if your order is shipped before we are notified of your change or cancellation.

Returns

If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

1.  If you are to receive a damaged product, you must request an RMA number Returnsby e-mail before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.

2.  Returned items must be complete without exception.  When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.

3.  TrueBeer.com will not pay the return shipping cost for non-fault returns.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss.  We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

4.  If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.


Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.
